21 days of basic salary for each of the first 5 years.
Saudi Arabia
Half a month's wage for each of the first 5 years.
Qatar
At least 3 weeks (21 days) of basic salary for each year of service.
Kuwait
For monthly-paid workers: 15 days' pay for each of the first 5 years.
Oman
Service from 31 July 2023: one month (30 days) of basic salary per year, pro rata, with no minimum service.
Bahrain
Service before 1 March 2024: half a month's wage per year for the first 3 years, then one month per year. Paid by your employer.
